1. บริษัท สริชทิ ดิจิไลฟ์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด รับประกันสินค้าเฉพาะสินค้าที่นำเข้าและจำหน่ายโดยบริษัทฯ และซื้อภายในประเทศไทยเท่านั้น โดยมีกำหนดเวลา 2 ปี สำหรับ Generator / ไฟแฟลช (ไม่รวมหลอดไฟ) โดยนับจากวันที่ซื้อสินค้าและลงทะเบียนภายใน 15 วัน
2.การรับประกันสินค้าจะรับประกันความเสียหายของสินค้าภายใต้การใช้งานที่ถูกวิธี และเป็นความเสียหายที่เกิดขื้นจากความผิดพลาดในการผลิตเท่านั้น ไม่รวมการสูญหาย
3. สินค้าที่ได้รับความเสียหายดังที่กล่าวข้างต้น จะทำการซ่อมแซมและเปลี่ยนอะไหล่ชิ้นส่วนให้โดยไม่คิดค่าใช้จ่ายใด ๆ ทั้งสิ้นทั้งนี้ขี้นอยู่กับเงื่อนไขดังต่อ ไปนี้
- 3.1 ลูกค้าต้องลงทะเบียน เพื่อขอรับการประกันสินค้าผ่านเว็ปไซต์ที่ www.srishtidigilife.co.th ลูกค้าต้องแสดงหลักฐานการซื้อสินค้า ใบเสร็จ/ใบกำกับภาษีต่อเจ้าหน้าที่ทุกครั้ง ที่นำสินค้าเข้ารับบริการ มิฉะนั้นอาจขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการให้บริการลูกค้าตามเงื่อนไขการรับประกันนี้
- 3.2 ความเสียหายที่เกิดจากการใช้สินค้าที่ไม่ถูกวิธี เช่น การใช้อุปกรณ์อะไหล่หรือชิ้นส่วนอื่นใดที่ทางบริษัท มิได้เป็นผู้นำเข้าและจัดจำหน่าย หรือการนำสินค้าของบริษัทไปดัดแปลงแก้ไข เพิ่มเติมการฝ่าฝืนคำาแนะนำการใช้งานด้วยความประมาท อุบัติเหตุกระแสไฟฟ้าขัดข้อง เหตุสุดวิสัย หรือความเสียหายที่เกิดจากสาธารณภัย หรือภัยธรรมชาติเช่น ไฟไหม้ น้ำ ท่วม ฟ้าผ่า แผ่นดินไหว เป็นต้น ความเสียหายดังกล่าวนั้นอยู่นอกเหนือการรับประกันตามเงื่อนไขฉบับนี้ ดังนั้นลูกค้าจะต้องเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายใดๆ ที่เกิดขึ้น รวมถึงค่าอะไหล่และค่าบริการ ในการซ่อมแซมด้วยตนเอง
- 3.3 การรับประกันนี้เป็นการรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องที่เกิดขึ้นกับตัวสินค้าเท่านั้น ดังนั้นบริษัทจะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายใดๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นไม่ว่าต่อบุคคลหรือทรัพย์สินหรือการธุรกิจใดๆ ของลูกค้า
หมายเหตุ: เพื่อให้สินค้ามีประสิทธิภาพและคุณภาพในการใช้งานได้อย่างเหมาะสมเสมอและมีอายุ การใช้งานที่ยาวนานโดยไม่ก่อให้เกิดความเสียหายได้ง่ายลูกค้าควรเลือกใช้อะไหล่วัสดุสิ้นเปลืองและหรือการบริการจากตัวแทนจำหน่ายหรือบริษัทฯ เท่านั้น
Warranty Terms and Conditions
1. Srishti Digilife (Thailand) Co., Ltd. warranty is valid only for the products which are imported and distributed by Srishti Digilife and purchased in Thailand Within 2 years after the purchased date only generator / battery pack (exclude any lamps) and Register in 15 days.
2. The warranty terms and conditions warranty that the products to be freed from manufacturing defects and under the normal use. Excluding the product lost.
3. Srishti Digilife (Thailand) Co., Ltd. shall repair or replace any defective parts which are under above the conditions free of charge based on the following.
- 3.1 The customer has to register to validate warranty via www.srishtidigilife.co.th or present the warranty card which has complete details and valid date with the dealer’s stamp, and with no part of the warranty card erased nor crossed whenever service is required. Failure to do so will deem the warranty invalid.
- 3.2 Damage due to misuse [e.g. : modifying the product failure to follow the given usage instruction, negligence/mishandling/electric shock/uncontrollable usage by the customer or any other natural disasters (e.g.: fire, flood, lighting, earthquake,etc.) are out of warranty and the customer will take full responsibility of the expenses of spare parts and repair service fee.
- 3.3 This warranty covers damages to the products only and Srishti Digilife (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is indemnified from any responsibility for any loss and/or damages to any third party, property or business.
Remark: Customer should use the services and/or source the genuine consumables /spare parts only from Srishti Digilife or its authorized dealers to ensure long life cycle of the products
